In 2003 we
created animations for Genentech to illustrate how three of
their new drugs work at the molecular level to limit the spread
of cancers.
We animated these "modes-of-action" for monoclonal antibodies Herceptin
and Avastin, and the EGFR / tyrosine-kinase inhibitor Tarceva.
